<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1620" style="margin-right: 20px;" title="Employee only" src="http://www.servicetrackingsystems.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Employee-only.png" alt="" width="120" height="168" /><strong>Service Tracking Systems Employee Parking Access Control</strong> &#8212; Last month we completed an installation for an employee parking access control system at Casino Niagara with six entrance and exit lanes. The CVPS access control system is customized to use their existing employee ID badge.</p>
<p>Using their existing employee ID badge code made the process seamless for Casino Niagara’s management and employees. Adaptation and training was straightforward, which greatly contributed to the success of this installation. Casino Niagara’s sister property, Fallsview Casino Resort, has been a client since 2004. The Fallsview Casino Resort system includes the Computerized Valet Parking System (CVPS), High Definition Vehicle Imaging, LPR and Self-Serve Valet Kiosks. When Casino Niagara needed an employee parking access control system, they turned to us.</p>
<p>We have also installed other employee parking access control systems  involving LPR.</p>

<p>The CVPS dial-up request module allows hotel guests to request their vehicles by phone. Guest enters their valet ticket number when prompted, which triggers a front in the CVPS software. The guest is informed of the estimated wait-time based on the current valet activity in CVPS.</p>
<p><strong>Galaxy Hotel Interface</strong></p>
<p>The CVPS hotel management interface to Galaxy automatically matches vehicle records to guest folios/rooms. As the guests leave their car with the valet staff, the CVPS software processes the guest&#8217;s vehicle. These hotel guest vehicles are matched to the guest folios/rooms in Galaxy. CVPS will then post the appropriate overnight parking charge to the hotel guest bill.</p>

<p>New York City based Loews Hotels made its Atlanta debut April 1, 2010 with the opening of a brand new 414 room hotel. The CVPS system at the Loews Atlanta Hotel includes a mobile valet podium, which provides a complete portable valet service station with a touch screen monitor, scanner, wireless connection AP unit, cash drawer, ticket printer, receipt printer, report printer, and keyboard with built in credit card swipe.</p>

Utilizing the new system, Sandia has made the guest vehicle handling process much faster – and easier.  A win-win situation.</p>
<p>The hotel and casino, a premiere wedding and golf destination, is enhancing their attentive customer service by reducing wait times for guest vehicle pick-ups. When ready to visit local attractions, guests can visit a Self-serve Request Kiosk and scan their bar coded valet ticket, which sends the request and vehicle information instantly to the valet attendants. The kiosk provides wait time information and allows the customer to wait for their vehicle in a climate controlled area. Guests may watch their vehicle approach as it is delivered to the staging area.</p>
<p>Through their use of Service Tracking Systems&#8217; HDIP Digital Camera Lane, Sandia is able to reduce both the total amount paid for damage claims, as well as the number of claims filed. Historically, deploying STS’ camera technology has reduced the claims paid out by more than 50%. The CVPS HDIP camera lane also utilizes license plate recognition technology to allow for automatic vehicle identification (reducing the data entry process).</p>
<p>The innovative technology is deployed at more than 110 casino resort properties in the US and Canada, the most recent addition being Planet Hollywood Las Vegas.</p>
