We have been using CVPS for many years, (CVPS) has brought new light to the valet
parking industry, the technology that this system offers is state of the art and
allows companies like American Valet to track revenue, car counts, customer wait
times, labor trends, etc. The system also offers what we call Valet Express—our
customers while shopping at the mall can call the phone number on their valet ticket
ahead of time and we have their car waiting for them. This is remarkable considering
customer service is all we have that separates us from most of our competition.

(CVPS) is the inventor of this type of computerized system and to be able to work
directly with the inventor has huge advantages.
Mobile Technology
We currently have a CVPS system that has a wireless mobile kiosk located at an
entrance and exit to a resort that is far from the main entrance. With this kiosk
the customer is able to scan his or her valet ticket and have their car brought
to them with saved us having to station a valet there permanently, which results
in great customer service and better labor management cost.
Service
The CVPS (STS) staff is easy to work with and they back up their product with
great service. You can buy the best system in the world but without back up and
timely customer service it will do you no good, these systems are only good if they're
working, and the CVPS staff has been there when we need them. We use their system
in many cities throughout the South West, and they are always there when we need
them. We are currently in the process of implementing their system at several malls
and hotels and look forward to many years of using their product.
