IValetParc.net is a completely scalable open architecture
application built on the latest .NET 3.5 platform, utilizing Microsoft's
graphically rich Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) front end and a robust
SQL Server Database backend. The Microsoft .NET Framework is a key
Microsoft offering intended to be used by most new applications created for the
Windows Platform.
The MAIN MENU The MAIN MENU is an intuitive user-friendly touch-screen interface
providing quick access to all pertinent functions needed to track and manage your
valet parking operation. The built-in ‘Operations Monitor’ provides a real-time
snap-shot of all vehicles in the queue, who requested them, how much time has elapsed
since and where they need to be delivered to. This monitor list also ensures that
are retrieved in the proper sequence.
The ‘Due-back Monitor’ provides a list of all vehicles expected to return within a
given date/time range – a must have for optimized space management and proper staffing
levels. The system also supports blocking alerts for stadium style space maximization,
an interface the
FlightView for a real time on line flight arrival monitoring system
and a VIP service tracking module that manages up to 10 different value added services
(car-wash, dry-cleaning, oil-changes…).
The VEHICLE DATA SCREEN shown below with a vehicle/make/model/color
pop-up screen allows the user to add additional information into the database not
already collected in the drive-way via
License Plate Recognition
or
Digital Camera Lane. Using a touch-screen interface, this process is very
fast and efficient.

Nothing is ever erased or overwritten. The database is engineered to automatically
recall pre-existing information – making it a ‘learning’ database with zero data
collection redundancy. The more info you collect, the more powerful it becomes.
Not finding a record is virtually impossible. Search by ticket number, room number,
license plate, customer name, vehicle info, or click any of the columns to sort
by arrival date/time and departure date/time.

The HDIP Image Monitor shown in the center provides you with the right tools
to select a particular image, search for the damage, zoom in on it without losing
definition and capture the result for your risk management file. Search, click,
zoom, capture, paste, e-mail and you’re done !

REPORTS are easily customized and can be exported into a number
of different formats due to the versatility of the applications SQL database. Some
of the more popular casino oriented outputs include the following:
