RevAccPro is a completely scalable open architecture application built on the
latest .NET 3.5 platform, utilizing Microsoft’s graphically rich Windows
Presentation Foundation (WPF) front end and a robust SQL Server Database
backend. The Microsoft .NET Framework is a key Microsoft offering intended
to be used by most new applications created for the Windows Platform.
The MAIN MENU is an intuitive user-friendly touch-screen interface providing
quick access to all pertinent cardholder management and billing functions.
The built-in ‘Access Monitor’ screen shown on the left provides a real-time
scrolling transaction grid and snap-shot of access group counts.
Double-clicking any transaction in the Transactions or Alerts grid displays
the card information and allows the user to make changes immediately such
as resetting APB. This monitoring screen allows parking personnel to see
access violations as they occur and react to them immediately for quicker
customer service.
The Counts grid displays additional counts for each configured access
group allowing parking personnel to view usage and manage shared access
accounts (e.g. “carpool” accounts).
Grids are fully sortable and can be collapsed/expanded as needed.
In conjunction with our optional
Checkpoint license plate recognition
technology, the monitor screen may also show the license plate capture
and lane picture associated with the transaction.
Managing Cardholders is easy using screens designed for quick data entry,
lookups based on any field and bulk change operation support. Customizable
fields such as permit number, building, floor & suite, apartment number, etc.
are displayed with the card. Additional images such as photos may also be
stored with the card.
Anti pass back (APB) location is maintained automatically by the system.
Soft or hard enforcement is offered and violations are displayed in red
on the monitoring window as well as reported. Nested area enforcement
is also configurable.
The Payment Posting option allows users to enter and track payments
within the system. The system will automatically lock out cards when
the paid parking time expires.
An Automated Payment option can be activated by storing a credit card
with a billable account. The system will automatically bill the
appropriate parking fee to the credit card. This option also
provides debit parker capabilities so that a preconfigured
replenishment amount can be automatically charged when the
account reaches a low balance threshold. With the debit
parker capability, statements may also be automatically
generated and printed or emailed to the customer.
The Invoicing option allows parking personnel to generate invoices for
monthly customers. They may be generated on-demand or automatically by
the system. Invoices may be printed or emailed. In addition, this
option provides the ability to report on aged account balances.
All user interactions with card and billing data are tracked in an
audit trail. Other options include shared access groups, use and day
passes, and daily maximum charges.
The SQL driven database enables reports to be customized and generated
in a number of different formats, including crystal, excel and word.
Standard reports include Cards, Last Transaction, Transaction, Accounts,
Payments, Invoices, Past Due, Daily Revenue and Monthly Revenue.
