With the recent installation at the W Hotel New Orleans, Service Tracking Systems implements the CVPS vehicle request dial-up module as well as the hotel management interface to Galaxy. These intelligent applications improve customer service while streamlining valet and hotel operations. This trendy hot-spot in the heart of New Orleans is well visited by locals and visitors. Hotel guests can lounge inside their rooms and lobby, phone in their vehicle request, and ease on outside to their awaiting vehicles.


 
Dial Up Request Module

The CVPS dial-up request module allows hotel guests to request their vehicles by phone. Guest enters their valet ticket number when prompted, which triggers a front in the CVPS software. The guest is informed of the estimated wait-time based on the current valet activity in CVPS.

Galaxy Hotel Interface

The CVPS hotel management interface to Galaxy automatically matches vehicle records to guest folios/rooms. As the guests leave their car with the valet staff, the CVPS software processes the guest’s vehicle. These hotel guest vehicles are matched to the guest folios/rooms in Galaxy. CVPS will then post the appropriate overnight parking charge to the hotel guest bill.
