CVPS powered Valet services new Midtown Atlanta Hotel
Service Tracking Systems’ valet management technology, CVPS, services another leading luxury hotel.
STS expands its hotel client list with the addition of Loews Atlanta Hotel, located at 12th and Midtown in the center of Atlanta’s business and entertainment district.
This latest hotel installation combines today’s popular valet technology, CVPS, and the management and operation of AAA Parking. CVPS and AAA Parking have been providing the highest level of valet experience and service excellence to more than a dozen hotel properties across the South.
New York City based Loews Hotels made its Atlanta debut April 1, 2010 with the opening of a brand new 414 room hotel. The CVPS system at the Loews Atlanta Hotel includes a mobile valet podium, which provides a complete portable valet service station with a touch screen monitor, scanner, wireless connection AP unit, cash drawer, ticket printer, receipt printer, report printer, and keyboard with built in credit card swipe.
The CVPS system includes credit card processing. AAA Parking operators use the wireless bar code scanners for faster service. The use of scanners increases the effectiveness of the valet staff by initiating the valet arrival and retrieval process right when they greet the guests.
“It’s great to add a Loews to our top shelf hotel client list along with other hotels like Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, and Ritz-Carlton,” said Andy Preas, President of Service Tracking Systems, Inc. “Working with these clients has allowed us to develop more industry specific features that accommodate hotel valet operations.”
“We’ve worked with CVPS for a number of years on multiple locations,” said AAA Parking Vice President, Bo Laterveer. “Our success working with them made the decision clear to use their technology at the Loews.”
